…But you already knew that, huh
She's On The Money is a global education platform and podcast, peddling award-winning advice and putting your dream financial future on the radar. We make 'only interested in money' look good.
Hey, we’re She's On The Money
Welcome to the safest place on the internet for your money questions, goals, dramas, dreams and more. She’s On The Money helps you get where you deserve through 1:1 sessions, resources, courses, podcasts, events and content. We promise to help solve your money stuff and sort your financial future, if you promise to show up for your damn self.
Hey!
I’m Victoria Devine: a multi award-winning, retired Financial Adviser, founder of She's On The Money, best-selling author, columnist and host of the world’s biggest personal finance podcast. Who’s asking?
I started She’s On The Money to share honest, relatable and non-judgmental financial advice with women, and transform their relationship with money.
Fact: finance knowledge has always been gatekept by a privileged few. Keeping your favourite hairdresser a secret? Fine. But when it comes to our financial literacy, that’s where I step in.
Not one to do things in halves, I’ve built a community of 250,000 people, written 3 best-selling books, released 500+ podcast episodes, landed 30 million downloads and created 2 money courses. What can I say? I’m good at numbers.
Through resources, podcasts, books, columns, events and more, I empower women with the tools and confidence they need to take back control, sort their money dramas and create their ultimate financial future.
I am also the founder and co-director of Zella, a finance broking practice (shout out to Zella Money), supporting ambitious people through the mysterious process of buying a home, investment or dream asset.
Armed with strong opinions, expert financial strategies and, okay, exceptional beauty reccs, my team and I are here to remind the world women can do both, while guiding you to build the life you want and deserve.
Meet Jess
I was just a girl, listening to her favourite podcast, wishing she was the host. Yep, like you, I lived for the next She's On The Money episode – until I found myself on the SOTM team, aiding the Friday ep and hosting the Property Playbook show. Thanks to SOTM, I’ve tidied up my money habits and learned to save – I’m currently saving for my first home, and travelling when I can. Forever a diversifying queen, I also side hustle as a content creator on my socials.
I would spend my last $5 on:
A Pepsi Max & a Kit Kat.

Despite being a part of the She's On The Money team, I most certainly am not on the money – yet. A self-confessed newbie to the world of finance, I’m learning alongside you, the SOTM community. You can find me running the Broke Tips segment, hosting a deep-dive episode every Wednesday, and finding genius ways to make my last $2 stretch as far as humanly possible. It’s kinda my party trick.
A money song that represents me: I Need a Dollar - Aloe Blac
Money and I go way back – I was so fascinated by it that I went on to study a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University, majoring in marketing, before joining She's On The Money as Victoria’s EA. Being surrounded by so much knowledge has helped me recover from an impulse-spending addiction – talk about work perks. When I’m not by V’s side, I’m either at Pilates, reading a juicy book or taking my greyhound Spark for a puppuccino. A non-negotiable in my budget, obviously.
I live by the money mantra: Another pay, another slay
